BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

HIRE FEE

A non-returnable deposit of £400.00 is payable on booking, to hold the date. The balance to be paid at least 14 days prior to function.No cancellation will be accepted within 4 weeks of the date booked unless the company is able to re-let the date.

CAPTAIN'S CONTROL OF VESSEL

During hire, the vessel will remain under complete control of the Captain and/or crew. If for weather, tidal or other reasons, the Captain considers it necessary to vary the scheduled trip, his orders will be accepted by the Hirers. Should the Hire have any cause for complaint, he must notify the Captain before termination of the hire, Complaints not so notified will not be accepted after the function.

LIABILITY OF THE OWNERS

The owners will not be liable for any accident, injury, loss, damage or delay to persons embarked or their possessions however caused or during embarkation or disembarkation, whether this be by negligence of their employees or otherwise.

DAMAGE AND LOSS

Hirers are liable for any loss or damage to the vessel's equipment or fitting caused by them or persons in their party. Before embarkation of party the Organiser is invited to inspect the vessel.

THE COMPANY

Reserve the right to substitute another vessel and, if necessary, for reasons beyond their control, to cancel the said party, but will not be liable for any expenses incurred by the hirers caused by such substitution or cancellation.

FOOD AND DRINK

Are not allowed to be brought on board unless by prior arrangement. The vessel will be along side the pier 15 minutes before the starting time and will arrive back 15 minutes before the finishing time, to allow for the embarkation and disembarkation of guest. The Company will endeavour to make your party successful, and to this end we offer you our river knowledge and skill.
